I was reading an article on our local news website KOMO NEWS about a true coffee die hard. This article starts off like any other armed robbery, you know with the stabbing and the taking of stuff that doesn’t belong to you. But this 52 year old, who after being stabbed in the chest with a knife, proceeded to walk a half a mile in the freezing cold of Warren, Michigan. He then entered a local eatery called Bray’s to call the police. After he got off the phone with 911, he ordered a cup of coffee. Because thats what I always do after being stabbed in the chest. ”Can I get that in a to go cup cause the medics should be here soon to take me away.”
I’ll admit that sometimes I just got to get my drink, but I’m not sure if I am that tough. I do wonder if the knife sticking out of his chest made drinking difficult.
