I recently went through this situation. Well, July. And it certainly felt like this. I have seen numerous layoffs, and been part of another and this is the only I felt like there was no dignity allowed. Wasn’t allowed to go back to my desk, even to get my phone, keys, wallet and laptop! I was escorted out like a criminal. I never saw it coming. Needless to say this hits home… On another note, anyone like to hire a down on his luck graphic designer/illustrator? Anyone, Bueller, Bueller, Bueller.
