This hits close to home kinda. I got laid off back in July, the said corporate was replacing my entire department with temps. Fine, I can deal with that, course it could have been the new creative director, who is an imbecile, and didn’t want any threat to his competence (that would be everyone, but i actually had “words” with him). I have had vendors call me directly at home to whine and complain about this CD and how is costing the company a lot of money in mistakes. And now, there is a posting for my position, someone who will staff up my old department. Sounds like someone made a mistake. I was tempted to apply for it, until I talked to the people still there, and that cemented the fact that I would have left, if not having been shown the door. But I was close…
