Lets be serious for a minute…

Ok now that thats out of the way, we need your help!! We here at the Legendary Boys of Floyd have a goal of making as many people as possible laugh, cry and shoot coffee out their nose.  We are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.  WHATEVER IT TAKES!!! Sorry for yelling, I wanted to make sure we are perfectly clear on this issue.  Here, let me give you an example of how far we are willing to go:

Simply Shameless

We are currently paying her in candy corns.  She receives 3 candies for every trackable click we receive from her portion of the ad campaign.  As a matter of fact I sent her off this morning, she is scheduled to be standing on the corner of 1st and Washington.  So if you see her, give a little honk and go visit the site.  We track clicks from her based on the comments of what she is wearing on the day you see her.  So don’t forget to comment.  She really likes candy corns. 

Shamelessness continues.  We need your clicks. and lots of them, sort of.  You may have noticed a new little button just below the comic on the left-hand side.  Its for Buzz Comix, they work off of a voting system.  You can only vote once a day.  But you can vote everyday. HINT, HINT!!!  And its very easy to vote.  Click on their little banner ad, which will direct you to a new page, and then click on the giant ‘VOTE’ button.  It’s that simple.  So simple even our little promoter can do it.

But what’s the bottom line?  Or better yet, what’s in it for you?  You sound like my little promoter.  We will do a prize give-away once we hit the top 100.  I’m not sure what it will be yet, maybe an opportunity to run your own little sidewalk Ad Campaign, maybe some of the swag from our PAX 08 adventure, Maybe something totally different. But I guarantee it will include our World Famous Stickers. So hold on to your hats, grab your mouse and click!  Faster, faster, FASTER!!!!!!!  Must have more clicks!!!!!

As is the case, around this time, every 4 years or so. I start getting agitated with the political garbage. Who cares what side of the garbage you stand on, both sides smell.  So I say its time for change!!  Let’s make this election different.  Let’s show that the POWER is still in the hands of the people.

A Real Man of Change... Exact Change!

Call your friends!! Spam your family!!  Spray paint it on the side of your neighbors car!! It’s time to rally for a real cause. Something that the people of this great nation can wrap their lips around. We need an excuse to drink more coffee!! Well this is the best reason right here.  Head to the Bean Drip with your ballot and cast your vote for Floyd while sipping a Quad Shot to the Nuts!!! It’s the American way.

(If you close your eyes and listen really hard, you can almost hear the National Anthem. my hand is over my heart and there is just a slight tear appearing in the corner of my eye… I’m such a patriot.)

If you haven’t noticed, we have some badges over on the left hand side of our page.  Go on take a look, you know you want to… See now was that so bad.  Our hope is that, with your help, we can spread the word about the Legendary Boys of Floyd through these badges.   The higher ranking, the better visibility.  You get the picture.

The first badge is for the Web Comic List.  I’m not really sure how they track things over there, the number doesn’t seem to change a whole lot. But hey we’ve got a badge on our site.
Next we have the Top Web Comics.  This is where the voting begins.  If you click on this vote button and follow the instructions and blah blah blah.  You can figure it out.  Unfortunately you can only vote once a day.

Last we have the easy one.  Well at least I think it’s easy.  Buzzcomix.  All it takes is two little clicks.  Click on the badge and click on the vote button and you’re done.  Our ranking can change by the minute on this one.  And just like the last one, you can only vote once a day.
